Warranty Highlights

One Year Coverage includes foundations, framing (ceiling, floors, roof, and walls), exterior (doors, roofing, site work, structurally attached porches and patios, exterior wall coverings, and windows), mechanical (electrical, heating and cooling, and plumbing), and specialties (bathroom and kitchen, chimney and fireplace, and insulatin).

Two Year Coverage includes electrical, heating and cooling, and plumbing.

Ten Year Coverage includes major structural and load bearing components, including roof and floor framing members, bearing walls, girder load bearing beams, and foundation systems and footings.
